On verso: letter dated September 6 of unknown year, to Charles J. Waller from unknown writer. Writer talks about upcoming visit to Staunton, VA, and writer's interest in increasing the numbers of African-American voters in the area and increasing white participation in the NAACP or other local activists groups. 2 pages.
