Clipping from the Journal and Guide from February 20, 1960, titled "Drama at Emporia: State's Attempt to Disbar Civil Rights Attorney is Stalemated." NAACP lawyer Samual W. Tuck was accused of improper and unethical conduct for being involved in Virginia civil rights cases, and the state was ordered by the Virginia State Circuit Court to provide an amended and more detailed list of Tuck's conduct that merited his disbarment.
