Clipping from unnamed newspaper dated December 22, 1959, by Susanna McBee. Reports on Otto L. Tucker, an African American co-counsel in school desegregation suits. Tucker had defended white criminals in Fort Royal, Virginia, who could not afford their own lawyer; he was accused of ambulance chasing by the Seventh District Committee, Virginia State Bar; he was reprimanded by the court. Verso is other side of newspaper page. Two pages.
