Article details court case brought against the NAACP that school desegregation plaintiffs could not use the NAACP as a legal aid society. School integration plaintiffs, including Barbara Marx, were called to the stand to testify about their incomes, personal property, and reasons for bringing suit against school segregation. Statute on which the NAACP is being charged was currently going through the courts for its constitutionality. Verso of each part is other side of newspaper page. Four pages.
