"Report of the Committee on Offenses Against the Administration of Justice" dated December 14, 1959. Also known as the Boatwright Committee. The report outlines the findings of the Committee, which was to make sure Virginia laws pertaining to the administration of justice were being upheld. The Committee concerns itself with the NAACP and its workings, and makes recommendations regarding the proper actions of lawyers that would seriously impair the legal activities of NAACP. Also recommends specific actions against the NAACP (mentioned by name). Appendix lists Committee's court appearances. Pages 3 and 4 of the report are scanned twice. Fifteen pages.
