Description

Attorneys names to represent Arlington School Board and Arlington Superintendent of Schools in integration suit filed against them by NAACP. Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith is studying the reports of the calls as well as pamphlets Mrs. Marx and the Orndorff's have received. FBI conferred with Barbara Marx concerning "vicious and obscene telephone calls". Mrs. Marx also lodged a formal complaint with Arlington Police. Virginia's Attorney General asked for an extension for Arlington School board to file it's reply.
