Undated, Unaddressed, Unsigned letter from "An Outraged Citizen"

Handwritten satirical letter, marked "oc/jh" but otherwise undated, unaddressed, and unsigned. Text reads: "Dear Sir: It has come to my attention that the mongrelization of the race and degeneration of our culture, so widely feared, has already come, full-force, to Arlington. I was shocked to learn that we have here natives from all over the world mixed with half-breeds of varied cultural backgrounds in one disgusting conglomeration. Worse yet, a great number of residents are proudly declaring themselves to be offspring of two racially different tribes of uncivilized culture-- the Angles and the Saxons-- not to mention the addition of the un-American blood of the dark-skinned Britons, Picts, and Scots. Is this the type of community in which our children must grow? I sincerely hope that the Defenders of State Sovereignties and Individual Liberties will take immediate action to remedy this degrading situation. Very Sincerely, An Outraged Citizen."
