Letter announcing an important meeting of the Committee to discuss the legislative position and the statements that might be made at a public hearing before the "Perrow Commission on Education" on March 6. Asking for each local committee to name a legal representative to serve on the legal committee. Major issue is what should e the Committee's position if a locality desires to abandon its public schools. Also asking for speakers for public hearing. 2 pages.
